Onionskin Paper Curls

Curls surely give you a sexy and seductive look. The problem about curling your hair is that it damages hair because of the chemicals that are used in the process and the heat from the machines that are also being used in the process. Plus, it takes a lot of time and effort. But what doesn't, right?

What you are about to learn is a way to curl your hair, without the chemicals and the damaging heat from the machines. Make sure that your hair is damp prior to starting the curling technique. Get a couple of onionskin paper and cut them vertically into four. Fold each part twice. You will have approximately half-inch strips. Once you're done, it's time to roll.

Divide your hair into half. Tie the other half away from the other half that you will work on first. Get one onionskin paper strip and a small portion of your hair. Sandwich your hair in the asymmetrically folded onionskin paper strip. It should appear like it's a letter V pointing sideward. Pull it down and twist it along with the hair to get the V-shaped strip to point upwards. Roll up your hair. Your hair should be wrapping around the corner of the V-shaped strip. Once you're done, tie the lose ends into a knot or twist them together. Just do the same process until there is no hair to roll.

After doing the folding, twisting and rolling, all you need to do is wait till your hair dries. When it's already dry, take the onionskin papers off your hair and style and enjoy your curls. Your curls could last until the next day.
